Terms of Service

To use Bekhedmatak platform, you must be at least 18 years old or legally registered as a business entity under applicable laws. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current personal and business information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.
• Complete identity document verification (KYC) when requested to unlock financial withdrawals.

All projects, custom service orders, and contracts created between clients and freelancers operate under the platform Escrow Financial Protection System:

• Project funds are securely deposited into the Escrow holding account upon contract acceptance.
• Funds remain protected in Escrow until the client reviews and accepts the submitted deliverable.
• Freelancers receive payouts directly to their digital wallet upon client acceptance or milestone approval.

Unless mutually agreed otherwise in a written project contract, upon full payment release from Escrow, all intellectual property rights and commercial ownership of deliverables are transferred to the client. Freelancers retain the right to showcase approved non-confidential deliverables in their Bekhedmatak portfolio.

Users agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Circumventing platform payment systems to conduct transactions outside Bekhedmatak.
• Publishing plagiarized, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Harassing other users or violating platform dispute resolution procedures.

In the event of a disagreement regarding project deliverables, either party may open a formal Dispute via the platform Dispute Center. Our arbitration team reviews workspace chat logs, contracts, files, and milestones to issue a final binding resolution.
